The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views overlooking the fields. The staff went above and beyond in their politeness and courtesy. The meals, especially the tomato soup, were beautifully prepared and delicious. The hotel was a peaceful oasis, perfect for a relaxing stay. The spacious rooms offered a beautiful view of the wineries and the village. The restaurant had a great outdoor space with amazing views. The hotel provided free parking and had convenient amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, a coffee shop, and a lift. The hotel's location was also perfect for activities like hiking, cycling, and canoeing. a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it for a getaway.

We've stayed at Vogelsburg in Volkach twice now and it has become our perfect overnight stop between Austria and Rotterdam. the hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, with stunning views of the wineries and the village. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we were even offered a free room upgrade. the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the food is hearty and delicious, complemented by the excellent local wine. the breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fruits, bread, cheese, ham. We also appreciated the convenience of the public charger for electric cars in the free parking area. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great view of the river and vineyards from the room, and the breakfast was decent. Although the hotel didn't offer a Christmas dinner, the location was easily accessible to nearby restaurants.

The room we stayed in was very small and cramped. It was hard to move around and there wasn't much space to store our stuff.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for kids.

The hotel location was outstanding, on top of a hill, with picturesque views of the surrounding fields. the restaurant in the nearby town offered good alternatives and a lively atmosphere. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast had an excellent selection of fresh fruits and tasty pastries. There were also impressive facilities available, including a terrace and a church that added to the charm.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that affected the overall experience.
